Tasting Notes

This dry, crisp white wine displays a vibrant light straw color. Aromas of lime peel, florals and hints of spice balance with mineral notes. The flavor profile is consistent with the aromas and is framed by balanced, crisp acidity and a fruit-driven finish. Enjoy well-chilled on its own, or with your favorite dishes

Winemaker Notes

Italian Pinot Grigio grapes were pressed and fermented slowly at low temperatures to ensure freshness and aromatic intensity. Produced without malolactic conversion or any oak influence.

Vintage Notes

2020 vintage in northern Italy was quite dry and warm, but cool nights helped retain acidity and freshness. Harvest was in September and was considered to quite successful under dry conditions.

Our mission is to cultivate and craft products that are both delicious and free of contaminants. We are one of the first commercially farmed vineyards in Oregon to remove the use of glyphosate (pesticide) in the farming process and have received the Clean Label Project Purity Award.

Great taste

I love this pinot Grigio. It’s really easy to drink and great for summer.
